For our Christmas present last year, Mike and Suzanne took the whole family to Pigeon Forge for a weekend to stay in Dollywood's DreamMore Resort. It was quite a treat and it was fun to spend time together as a family. It's been a while since we have gotten to go anywhere together as a family. The boys had fun playing with cousins, swimming in the pool, and all the other exciting activities in Pigeon Forge.
Just a few weeks later, mom rented a cabin for us to enjoy in Pigeon Forge. She told the boys to each take a friend. We had a great time hanging out in the cabin and enjoying all the games and hot tub. We got to see some beautiful snow high up in the mountains. Even with all the beauty and fun all around, it was difficult for me to enjoy this weekend because I had a massive toothache. It was throbbing and constant pain. I ended up having a root canal the next week, but the pain on this weekend trip was misery. I don't wish a toothache on anyone.
